Returns

At WOODS DEIGNER CLOTHING, we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us and even though we inspect every item before an order is shipped, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item to us for either a refund or exchange.

RETURNS POLICY

Please read carefully our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

Unsuitable items must then be returned within 14 days.

Return outside the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all WOODSDESIGNERCLOTHING. and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.

Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimming wear) or if the items are soiled (lingerie), and may be sent back to the customer.

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.

Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty.

Return items to a WOODS CLOTHING Branch:

Simply bring your delivery note or order confirmation and the product you wish to return or exchange to a Woods designer clothing Branch and inform the sales assistant you purchased the item online. Please note that the refund must return back onto the original card used.

Exchanges

If an exchange is required, simply return the original item(s) within 14 days of receipt and enclose either a copy of your original invoice or the returns procedure guide (which you will find enclosed with your order) and state which item/colour/size you require for the exchange.

Please return all goods in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags etc intact. Ensure that you do not try on the garment in a smoky atmosphere or wear aftershave or deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the garment.

As soon as the item(s) are returned and received back by Woods, we will process the exchange as soon as possible. Please note that any increase in price will need to be paid for by the customer before the replacement item can be despatched. If the value of the exchanged goods is lower, the difference will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

REFUNDS

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
